Well it all depends on how small they are.

A B cup is nice for sure, but a C cup is perfect in my opinion. Nipple size is also important!

I've dated a girl is A cups, and she was pretty insecure about it. A lot of guys claim to like them. But some guys i get with often love my boobs (DD) and will often compare them as being better than the small or flat girls they have been with.

Not bothered, I've experienced everything from basically flat up to 32D and honestly all boobs are great, I never once looked at them and wished they were different. All girls are different, all boobs are different, If anything smaller (like B cup) is better because they don't get in the way and won't get super saggy as they get older.
