Try wearing different kinds of bras without padding or less padding so you feel more comfortable with your size. You are giving yourself a complex you really don't need to. When I was your age I was smaller and it bothered me but after awhile I realized it was easier because I could move pretty around easily without having to worry about support and I could slow dance closer to a guy. With age I just naturally went up a bit in size.
When I was first with my ex I asked him the silly question am I too small and he told me you are just right for me. Pretty good answer. By changing out your bras with little padding or without padding you'll get used to your own body and in turn when you are more comfortable it will help with your relationship with your man.
To be honest a lot of women especially your age are shifting to bralettes. All that padding would be a bit hot in the summer months and restricting. Wearing less is much more freeing. Also, not wearing a bra help keep the breast muscles toned so there is less sagging with age. Being smaller too you will be less likely to sag with age anyway.
And me thinking from a man's perspective all that padding is actually covering your nipples which seeing nipples visually can be a plus for some men.

*First. My view on boobs in general. You can be as flat as Kansas with nipples and I would love you and what you have no differently.
*However. I understand the need to properly present yourself in public. Making your clothes drape right. Knowing certain men and women pass judgement on a girl by her bust size. I do not mind if you maintain a public/private double standard. But please. When we are in a private setting, wear an un padded bra or, preferably, none at all. There is no need to deceive me. I will love whatever you have.
Try to imagine a guy who stuffed a sock in his pants. If you liked a guy, and he was average-sized or even a bit smaller, would it make it better or worse for stuffing a sock in his shorts?
Most guys would be perfectly happy with small boobs - just less happy with a lie...

I think she is concerned that her boobs are too small. Which is definitely NOT true as far as I am concerned! When I was in high school, almost all the girls I dated wore padded bras. Depending on what they wore, it was often obvious. When I got my hand under her clothes it was much less than it looked like from outside her clothes, but I was never disappointed. I actually like smaller boobs. Ditch the pads and don't worry about what the guys will think when they touch them. They will like what they feel!
Man, girls are just as insecure about their boobs as guys are about their size.

Good luck getting with a guy who finds out you are wearing a padded bra and him walking away... breasts are breasts and your nipples feel just as good no matter what size breasts they are attached to.
Small breasts have probably never made a guy give up on a girl he wants. Try it, the next time you lose interest in a guy, tell him your real bra size and see if he loses interest. Spoiler alert... he won't.
I would rather date a girl with small boobs who is honest about that than a girl who was bullshitting me with padded bras, and I am saying it as a guy who prefer big boobs.

I don't think we mind, and no one will "freakout" when they see them, but they're just an indication that you have low self esteem, and i think that's more of a turn off than having tiny breasts, actually i don't think that's a turn off at all, just own it dude, self confidence will take you a lot further than a padded bra ever would, trust me.

Hmmm... don't advertise what isn't there, nor for sale.
Obviously if you're not out for a relationship, then it's immaterial what you flaunt and how you do it.
But having no boobs, but trying to make yourself appear that you have... it would be like a guy putting a rolled up sock in his pants.
You both will be disappointing.
There's a ton of guys out there who prefer smaller boobs, some guys even prefer completely flat-chested girls. So why would you intentionally attract a guy, using a lie as part of the bait? Wouldn't you rather attract those who would desire you? Attracting the guy who thought yours were bigger is more likely not to be a match, so why bother with him? Just be you- personally and physically, and you will attract the guy who is statistically better for you :)

I like itty bitty titties. Big boobs, with the exception of implants, eventually become saggy and droopy, while small boobs tend to stay youthful and perky. Don't be insecure, rock them tiny tits if yours,! A padded bra is of no consequence to me. Let me ask you a question. Have you ever banged a dude that your boyfriend knows, m if so chances areote than likely he already knows that your breasticles are small. If you feel better about yourself I support you wearing a padded bra, but know that there are a ton of men who prefer small tits to those that are large.
