No 💀 some hadith are da3ef which means weak highly faulty and scholars are unsure of their accuracy other hadtih are sahih which means they were reviewed and ticked as right by scholars...
This is why hadith is SECOND source and only a reference the first source is the quran... so to support any argument you gotta get these quranic versions son😂
They have many fgm in Saudi Arabia why are you lying about this? So then all hadiths from Sunan Abu Dawud are faulty then? Because there are many muslims that take the hadiths seriously such as in Saudi Arabia
Not an attack, just a question, but if its haram, why do some muslim countries have such a high occurence of it (like egypt or somalia)? Is their debate on what is and is not haram depending on region/religious variants? It is definitly far more common in African nations then the middle east (though some areas in the middle east seem to do it), so is their different perceptions of it based upon religious variants?
@hellionthesagereborn i respect you for asking! the reason for that is traditions sometimes people mess up between both our culture and religion are so intertwined we are not really like westerns our family connections are everything... we grow up close we even stay together in large households so we value family and cultural traditions, people might end up thinking a specific tradition is religious even if its not because they found their parents performing it or their grandparents; i am African arab by the way and circumcision (fgm) is part of our culture in fact my mom got fgm’d I didn’t tho i am the first gen of realization i am 99 and my relatives who happen to be older around 1996 kinda and under all have not been fgm’d too... because people realize the harms and that its not related to religion in any way shape or form it’s actually a pharonic practice one of the “vaginal stiches” in fgm is even called the pharonic stitch... which is the origins of fgm and not religion... either way its actually an interesting topic but im glad arab and muslim countries are introducing harsh laws in regards to it... its not part of religion and it shouldn’t be an accepted tradition, its a crime against women.

I see, that is what I was presuming but I have no first hand experience or knowledge so I wasn't sure. Male circumcision is much the same way, in the US it actually started in the 1800s simply because a few doctors (John Henry Kellogg in particular) who where convinced masterbation and sex where harmful and thus decided that if they removed the foreskin and the nerves their in, that it would stop boys from masterbating and men from having sex and be more productive members of society. However because its been going on for so long we still have about 70% of our male population being circumcised but no one can point to any reason as to why (your more likely to bleed to death from the procedure then ever need it for medical reasons).
Any un requested genital cutting seems terrible. On the other hand if the person actually wants it done and is an adult then to each his/her own. I want my penis cut off personally...

When asked why they don't criticize muslims for their treatment of women they respond that it would be unfair to judge them because they are from a different culture.
