Well, I think the important thing is more: Is this a girl who generally flashes people? Enjoys flashing people? Sees nothing wrong with flashing people?

Because if that's what you mean, then I guess my answer is "I wouldn't think particularly highly of that girl." If she feels like flashing me... sure. Cool. But I would never consider dating her or anything. Definitely not.

If you're generally not a girl who goes around flashing people. But one time you flashed someone. Then... I mean, shit... I can get over that. No problem. That's a non-issue. As long as it's something "she did one time". Not something that's... currently at-issue.

I don't know if you're like... some chick who loves flashing people and are wondering if that's ok? (I'm gonna say..."no")

Or if you're some super-wholesome chick who flashed somebody one time... feels guilty about it... and is wondering if guys are going to think she's a whore because she flashed those people that one time. (They won't think that. Don't worry about this)

She's fun, playful, joyful, proud of her body, and likes to see guy's reactions.

I've seen quite a few girls flash their boobs at concerts, festivals, auto races, at the beach, etc. They are always young and cute with nice bods.

One time, for example, my wife and I were on a ferry in San Francisco Bay. A sailboat passed close by and two girls on it raised their tops to flash the crowd on the ferry. I would have missed it if my wife hadn't grabbed my arm and pointed so that I wouldn't miss it. LOL

Under certain circumstances, all it takes is for some young guys to shout "Show us your tits". The girls are usually drunk, with friends, and in a partying mood.

I think it's fun. I don't have any negative feelings about it.

I think she has sexual freedom and is very comfortable with her body and self confident. Women in Europe have less body shaming problems and grow up with a healthier mental self image. Our American attitude that the body is dirty and shameful is truly a great way to subjugate women. It promotes inequality between the sexes. If a man can take off his shirt and it’s appropriate then a woman should be able to do the same. But because of the inequality we continue to promote, we jail a woman for breastfeeding in public.
