  • Mostly yoga poses help.. One good one is standing alongside a wall, with your shoulder and lower body touching the wall, hands are up above your head and slightly bend to the side and hold, take few deep breaths and then repeat on the other side 👍

  • Other than going for a long brisk walk, I've found having intercourse to be extremely beneficial in reducing/relieving my aches, pains and cramps.
    However whilst being pregnant I'm naturally not experiencing having periods.

  • The increase of blood circulation when doing low impact aerobics is said to help with blood flow to reduce period cramps. But it really doesn't help much for me. I take naproxen, drink ginger or chamomile tea and take a hot shower (plus give myself an orgasm using the shower head) to relieve the tension of cramping.

  • I'd say when I work put during period I have less to no cramps compare to when I don't work out nut guess it depends on girls body as well
