Nonsense is what it is. Everyone has a different variation of it. I think it came from SJW's or feminists on tumblr as a way of call guys sluts. At this point it's just some almost generic insult for a guy because everyone has their own meaning. So really there's no such thing. It's almost like asking what is a douchebag or what is a bitch? It's nonsense.

A fuckboy can be numerous things. if I were to call someone that, its because I don't like the way that they are, the things that they say, or their overall presence. A fuckboy could be a guy who generally cheats on his girl, or a guy that thinks that they are hot shit but in reality they are a sack of shit.
I dunno it sounds pretty gay. I think it's only used by gays and women...

Well there seems to be no definitive answer and the one on urban dictionary is really crapily defined where it didn't actually define what a "fuckboy" is but from the majority of people explaining it it's just the male version of slut shaming. It's basically the slut/whore of males.
