  Yes, I tortured someone. He wasn't the first or the last. I'm something of a vigilante. If someone does something to someone I care about and I get to them before the police do we're having a torture session. The electric needles through the testes is actually my mildest form of torture. You don't want to know what I did to the guy who beat one of my friends and caused her to miscarry. He's still alive, but his friends have to force him out of his house.

  I'm not going into detail. I'm just going to say that psychological torture can be much worse on a person than physical torture, and the human mind is surprisingly fragile. Three nights in a cellar and he came out terrified of the dark and the light, noise and silence. You can end a life without killing someone.
