Don’t pee in the hot tub at all. That’s not an option. Get out and go to the bathroom. Definitely don’t talk to the guy about peeing in the hot tub. He would most likely think less of you. Just excuse yourself and then come back.

Casually and easily, get out of the hot tub and say you’ll be right back. If he asks why say you have to pee. Then dry off, go to the toilet and pee. Wipe, flush, wash hands and get back in the hot tub. Easy 👍🙂

Considering that you have 'just pee' as an option - I'm guessing you're not shy about peeing the presence of a guy...

I do like the idea of a girl peeing while sitting on my lap, but only in a place where the mess is easy to clean up and won't do any damage or cause any problems.
If you let him know that you'll need to pee 'soon', you give him the chance to think about how to respond. He might let go of you so you can go to the bathroom. He might hug you tighter to let you know he wants you to stay. He might say, I need to pee too, at which point you can invite him to go with you if you like.
