I always keep big bath towels in the bedroom and if things are moving along nicely will throw one on the bed, however if passion overtakes us just throw a towel on bed till the morning or whenever we get energy to change the sheets.
Going sound so middle aged here (heck I am) - Most sheets are fitted these days so it is a 10 second job to change sheets if you have fresh sheets nearby , it is not like flat sheets where you have to tuck them in - Not saying you absolutely have to but it might be nicer to cuddle to sleep in fresh sheets.
