Guys, When you started to become a man, did you ever jerk off and had cumm and then your balls hurt and felt sick to your stomach?

Just wondering if this is normal for a young teen?

Superb Opinion

  • Don't worry about asking personal questions, that's what this site is for.

No, that's not normal, ejaculation shouldn't hurt. There's comments below about "blue balls", but that isn't pain (apparently some guys claim it's painful to be left aroused and not get an ejaculation as a rather creepy tactic) it's just a little pressure and most importantly it goes away after ejaculation, it doesn't get worse. Pain in the testicles can make you feel sick, and orgasming with bruised testicles does hurt a lot. Is he possibly getting bullied and has been kicked there?

When you say "had cumm", is he releasing ejaculate or just orgasming? One thing that I can think of that could cause this is retrograde ejaculation, where due to things contracting in the wrong order the ejaculate ends up in the bladder instead of coming out of the penis. That's not hugely serious, but can trigger a bladder infection (or aggravate an existing one) which can hurt.

    • Thank you so much for your comment. I realy appreciate it.

  • As a teen, if you get really aroused, and don't get off, some say it hurts, and 'blue-balls'. I never had that problem, and sometimes, I was really hoping to love a young lady, but when she said no, it was a disappointment, but not painful!
I think a lot of guys use this "blue-balls" thing as an excuse, to pressure her into having sex, when she doesn't want to!
Like guys have NEVER manipulated, or 'guilted' women into having sex?
Unless he is doing something strange, like crushing on his, as he gets off, it shouldn't hurt, after he has the orgasm.
If he is having pain, after ejaculating, then maybe he needs to see a urologist, and see if there is something wrong with his prostrate, or maybe have a scope, up his, penis, and check his bladder, and prostrate.

    • Thank you for your comment, I sincerely appreciate it.

  • Multiple men have provided answers that may relate to ywhat your son experienced. There are many names for this (being blue-balled, being edged to discomfort, etc.), and what he experienced is likely normal and not likely a life-threatening condition such as a testicular torsion. This may have resulted from too much stimulation/masturbating prior to orgasm.

However, if he has blood in his urine, has discomfort with urination, or other genitourinary symptoms, being seen by a healthcare provider may be necessary since conditions such as ureterolithiasis (kidney stones when the stone is in the ureter), STIs, and other conditions are important to be ruled out.

    • Thank you.

  • I've had it happen to me once when I did it too many times in one day. He just needs to calm down and do it less often and he'll be back to normal in a couple of days. That's kinda an odd thing to tell your mom about by the way lol.

    • I am the only parent he has to talk about such embarrassing things... it sucks that he doesn't have a male figure to talk to about such things. So he trusts me bc I wouldn't judge him or make stupid comments.

    • I see. I still think that would be an extremely embarrassing conversation. Even with my guy friends or brother.

    • Yes absolutely agree. But as a teen child its worse bc teens can make fun or just feel weird around the topic. So ya, its embarrassing for my son to talk to me, but also he trusted me a lot for him to come and talk about what he was experiencing. Which its totally fine with me, he is my son and I will try my hardest to be there for him. Hard being a single mother.

  • yes... too much jacking off as a young teen can cause this... as guys get older it happens too, BUT it is caused by getting turned on and nothing happens to release the pressure... the condition is referred to as "blue balls"...

    • Now I really am getting it... thanks a lot.

  • I never had anything like that happen. I recommend checking with a doctor. Because of covid, a lot of doctors will take consults over the phone or video, so you may not even have to go in.
Never fear asking for help. Private message me if you prefer, but I will never criticize you or think badly of you!

    • Awww... thank you. 🙂😘

  • I did feel lower abdominal discomfort a few times in my teens and 20's after ejaculation, the area between the belly button and private region, belt buckle level.
Might be worth getting checked, but probably nothing.
