I have not heard of what you are particularly describing BUT at his age, he may be overwhelmed with testosterone so he is masturbating quite a bit. Usually when that happens over a short period of time, he has very little semen left to release and he may have discomfort in his penis for a while until the body basically recharges itself. If he has not been drinking a lot of fluids during a one or two day period he may be dehydrated and when combined with his jerking he may have vomited as a result. Just my best guess.
