I think all three are sexy in their own way. Being sexy is not just one look that anyone who wants to look sexy has to look like. Being sexy is different for different people. You do not have to have big breast, or revealing clothes on. You just have to be you and be confident about who you are.

I think poor lighting and choice of clothing is negativily affecting number one.
She has untapped potential.
Potential that number 3 is definitely exploiting and therefore she gets this one.

Hmmm... 1 & 3 for me - though in pics 2 and 3 you get a full body shot, which you don't with pic 1. All three are pretty, no question there, but for my taste, 2 is a little on the large side on the arse/thighs/legs.
