I took Karate as a college course and my teacher taught us that one of the hardest positions to get out of is when someone puts you in a choke hold from behind and start walking away.

  If anything it's way worse. Depends on how accurately she is able to grab them and how hard she squeezed them. It would be worse if he was wearing some loose track pants or something or wasn't wearing underwear... shell then be able to properly grab balls and even some part of the penis and pull n squeeze it
