Who do you personally think is a safer/better choice? I don't really agree with sex work, but at the same time hooking up with a random girl especially if you met her online can be a little creepy since you really don't know who you're about to meet, or if it's a girl you're about to hook up with one night at a bar or someplace. Hard to weigh the scales on this one. What do you guys think?

My guess is that a well selected escort that's been around for a while will usually know how to conduct business without catching anything a lot better than some drunk amateur in a bar

Toughy, but I’d think a sex worker. The context around the sex worker is key. One that’s more pro, not trafficked or drug addicted would probably be more safer.
I'm just guessing here, but if I slept with 1000s of women as a professional, it would be in my and my clients best interest for BOTH of us to be clean, hygienic and disease free! Especially if I wanted to keep living!
States that allow prostitution also required the workers get tested weekly. So an escort would be "safer." In areas where escort services are under the radar, the ladies should be STD free otherwise it'll hurt the cash flow once word gets out of "dirty" girls.
