Why are some guys or guys in general obsessed with nudes?

What's so interesting about seeing the female body? Why can't you just search up what they look like instead of asking for them?

  • Because we're visual and I honestly don't believe you women understand what that means or is like (and how would you unless you were the same way). We are "bombarded" daily, 24/7 by images and/or beautiful women, TV, media, internet, every day women on the street and not only are you beautiful, but often wearing sexy clothes. It's not just "eye candy", it can totally turn us on!! Not to mention, it's not just the female body specifically (ie, seen one you've seen them all), we like variety and seeing any/all women lol. You aren't all the same. Yes, basic parts are the same, but they vary from woman to woman. I personally could look at naked women 24/7 and NEVER get tired of seeing them. The female form/body is gorgeous!! I think you'd have to be a male to understand this, but that's why if it makes sense? I'm trying to think of a way how you might relate? I'll post a reply if I can think of one that's similar lol

    • No I don't, nor do I understand doing that. I'd never ask someone for nudes. If a woman just sent me them on her own without me asking, would I like them, sure, but I'd never ask. And especially not a stranger.

  • Getting nudes that are freely given to everyone, i. e. the internet, does nothing for the ego. Getting a specific girl to send nudes gives an ego boost, from the idea that you can turn her on and/or get her interest. That's why personal nudes are more powerful than internet porn. It's pretty simple.

    Let's say that you like a particular celebrity. Would you feel better about a generic autographed item that was mass produced for a million people or a personally signed item that was signed just for you and with only you in mind?

    • No, I don't think it's okay. I think that it is anywhere from just plain rude to desperate and creepy. Don't get me wrong, if there is mutual attraction and the conversation has become intimate then it's not a huge wrong for a guy or a girl to hint at some visual entertainment. When it becomes wrong is where it is made clear that it's not going to happen and the requests persist, particularly if those requests become more manipulative. There is no excuse for a lack of self control.

  • personally I don't find nudes (especially ones taken to look sexual) particularly attractive, unless I feel attraction to the person I don't really feel any arousal at all from nudes, I've seen female friends nude before and while I appreciate the aesthetic beauty of the human body I don't see it in a sexual way.

    Although I agree a lot of guys are kinda sex mad, just as there are sex mad women.

    its kinda really exciting to see someone nude whom you personally know or talk to. you can find a ton of such nudes in the web... but you dont know who the heck they are.
    i don't know why this happens but i presume its male psychology.

    but i never liked nude as such. never asked for it. and i believe no girl would send them if i ever asked. i think its overrated like porn

    The female body is everything to a man every inch is perfectly sculpted so a man likes it just like a woman likes a mans body every single bit. Why they don't search up is probably because a girl sending it is more personal which means more then just a random girl on the internet.
