Why do guys always lie about there size?

It's sad, I know that much... I guess some of us feel the need to try and impress (?) a girl by saying such. It really does not matter what I guy say their size is, it just doesn't hold any value. It really only holds any value when it's with a girl that he has been with that about him. That's why I always tell girls that if they really want to know how big I am, to ask a girl I've been with. Since, it doesn't matter what I say... they won't believe me. You can be sure that I'm not to just whip it out so y'all can throw a damn ruler on it... lol yeah, just go ask my wife. smh

For the same reason why women will take countless selfies then post one of them that looks the best, use a filter, wear makeup and clothing to make them look more attractive and act as if this was their default look, to try and impress the other sex.

These are the following scenarios:
1. They tell the truth and don't even get a chance.
2. They tell the truth and she is ok with it.
3. They lie and once you're about to have sex she finds out and just goes along anyways.
4. They lie and once you're about to have sex she finds out and she walks out.

They believe that by lying they will still get laid more than if they were honest.
