Unfortunately I've seen too much dick in my life at wild parties and from what I've seen there really isn't a huge different in size between different races of men or if there is in general it hasn't been very noticeable to me. That for actually being understanding
It is a stereotype that has been going along much longer than p*rn has been around. I would think it comes from the fact that all races of men have all different sizes of dicks, but that in general blacks seem to have a larger percentage of men with dicks on the larger end of the scale. The p*rn industry has taken it as an edge however for using that stereotype for their advantage.
The smallest dick I ever saw was on a black guy, it was the size of my pinky. But on average, you're not going to see a lot of small ones on black guys. Yeah they're there, but I think it's rarer to find a black guy with a small one than other races.
