There are theories regarding people who are either separately or concurrently attracted romantically, emotionally, physically, or sexually to members of the same gender.

A man who may consider himself to be romantically, emotionally, and physically attracted only to women, but who may be attracted to sexual encounters with a man, for whatever reason, may consider himself to be a straight man who has sex with men.

They may not self-identify as bi because of the limited level of attraction.

I'd say a person has the right to call themselves whatever they want, even if it doesn't make sense to others.
There are many, many people who label themselves in ways which I find to be absolutely absurd, but that's their right.

It all depends on who is looking at the situation, and how they personally feel about it.

That's why my username is nolabels.

The world is too convoluted to worry about labeling people.

Kinda funny story... I was in Austin by myself for a concert a couple years ago and this dude at one of the Sixth Street bars was literally begging me to let home blow me lmfao. But we can definitely be homies.” I’m thinking “this gay dude probably hangs out with hot chicks”, lmfao, so I was definitely down to hang out with him. And he was cool, but didn’t really take no for an answer. It got irritating after a while, honestly, but he kept asking me how would I know I wasn’t into it if I never tried. Respected his hustle, lmao, but just ask once, not like nine times, but I guess he was drunk, so whatever, haha. Well they wouldn't be straight any longer... Sexuality is much controlled by our thoughts and emotions. If it were mere instinctual then it would be to reproduce, which doesn't occur with this situation. For example, if you blind folded a man and they believed it was a woman using just the finger to touch them in erotic locations they would almost be guaranteed to be aroused. Stimulation, the idea of whom should stimulate is create by many variables of society, upbringing, peer influence, self conclusions, etc.

My take if you want to be down to the point of what's considered gay, straight, and such is that pretty much everyone would be considered Bi, even guys whom say their "straight".
