Why do the girls at my school call me a slut?

There are 2 possible reasons:

1. You have acted in a way that leads them to believe that you are a person with little or no morale

2. Jealousy. People tend to spread false gossip in an attempt to discredit you because you have achieved or done something that others are possibly jealous of.

At your age, I would tend for the 2nd. solution. Best is not to give any notice to those gossip talks and let the subject die out as quickly as it came up.

Otherwise, if it persists, I would seek the help of the school master to solve this issue. It is nothing more that mobbing and that is not something you should accept.

At that age if you do stuff with a guy, even if it is your boyfriend and he tells his friends what you did, then sometimes it can give you that kind of reputation, even though that is not what the word slut actually means. It means someone that has casual sex.

One thing you should learn is that no matter what you do in life, there will always be people that dislike you for it. Even if what you do is good and right, there will still be those that don't like it. Try to only pay attention to what the people that actually care about you think and not what other people think.

You are in the middle of the hardest years. Just know it gets better. Whether you are a virgin or if you are sexually active no one should be calling you a slut. If you are having lots of partners than you should look within and find out why this is happening because it isn't healthy at your age. I advice you go to a therapist to boost up your self confidence so you can get through those rough years. I was bullied for my looks from middle school to high school but now I know there was nothing wrong with my looks. It was the people with the ugly attitude that needed the adjustment.
