My girlfriend (we're lesbian) doesn't wear underwear. That means no bra, no panties and no socks. Her favorite outfit is a sweater, large jeans and a pair of doc martens without anything under. In summer she sometimes wear a short and flip flops.

I haven't sought a diagnosis for legal reasons, but I have been peer reviewed as autistic multiple times. Either way that's definitely sensory sensitivity (or whatever the term is) which isn't necessarily autistic but can be a symptom.
