Why doesn't my girlfriend wear underwear?

My girlfriend (we're lesbian) doesn't wear underwear. That means no bra, no panties and no socks. Her favorite outfit is a sweater, large jeans and a pair of doc martens without anything under. In summer she sometimes wear a short and flip flops.

I think it's weird but she says she doesn't feel well with underwear. Is she autistic or something?
