  • There could be a couple of reasons.

    They might just be a jackass who's only in it for their own pleasure.

    Or perhaps they had bad experiences in the past with other girls who weren't all that clean and fresh down there and assume all vaginas smell like rot.

    One girl I was with had a very bad odour down there and very strong / off putting. I didn't even want my hand/fingers down there. Things didn't get very far anyway since I was young and still living with my parents, who were approaching my room.

    But other relationships I've had were fine. Clean enough, little bad smell, etc. and I'd have no issues spending some extra time down there. Though other times those same partners may not have showered since like the day before or early morning and at night they got a full day of musky stank going on down there. I usually give that a pass because it just ruins the mood.

    Honestly though, if I hadn't showered in a while and I know I stunk down there, I wouldn't want my partner sticking their face in my crotch. I prefer us to be clean before we get dirty. At least it's all fresh and no bacteria going on.

    If your partner has never done it for you, even with everything down there maintained, then chances are they're just selfish... Or a dainty priss who can't handle a little vag in their face.

  • Don't hold back because of it. Don't try to intimidate him.

    Has he ever indicated his likes or dislikes? Has he ever initiated something and maybe you shut him down? Maybe he's just inexperienced in that area... did you casually ask him about it? He might have had a more secluded upbringing and really uncomfortable about it.
