There has been a lot of discussion about sagging boobs and if a bra will keep them from sagging. There are some that say yes, and some that say no. If you go without a supporting bra for extended periods of time, and you have larger boobs, then eventually your breast tissue will stretch and they will sag. The same thing happens to women who have breast fed. Their boobs get full of milk and the boobs stretch, and after breastfeed is done and over with they will sag. How much depends on how big your boobs were. Also genetics play a part, along with boob size, breastfeeding, and not having support. There is no reason medically that girls with small boobs need to wear a bra as they usually do not need the support as large boobs do. My aunt had small boobs and they were still perky at 60. If you want to be free and let them hang and it makes you feel good you can certainly do that. Women's breasts naturally sag with age, bra or not, depending on size so be free my little melons.

there's conflicting studies on this. some studies claim the lack of a bra "works out" the conjunctive tissue, making it less likely for boobs to sagg. some studies claim wearing a bra reduces stress on the conjunctive tissue making it less likely for boobs to sagg.
the way i see it: your conjunctive tissue is either strong or weak depending on your genes. so whether they'll sagg is independend of wearing a bra.
however, "eventually" with age, all boobs sagg.

Depending on person to person and size. My girlfriend got no big boobs so nothing much different but she wear sexy lecey bra as first picture when she go to work or as a fancy and sexy outfits.

i think when i 'm doing some physical activity better have on a bra keeping them from bouncing around and maybe that helps to keep them from sagging
