That's not necessarily the same. A heterosexual can date a person outside of their preference or against their sexuality.

@Cryptic-Game It's more of a hang out if 2 heterosexuals do it. It doesn't involve romance but she's talking about "dating" and by "dating" not just hanging out then that means something else.

People can still do it. A lesbian can date a man for losing a bet. Imagine you lost a bet and had to date a man. Also, people can choose to do it even if they hate dating people outside of their sexuality just to try new things.

@Cryptic-Game If it's not a genuine date then that's not a real date. That's just pretending to date for that bet's sake. But she didn't talk about if you don't have any other choice. By choice, straight man dating another straight man won't make them a straight man anymore.

That's not necessarily true tho. He can date a man and still be heterosexual. He can date against his sexual preference. You can eat pickles even if you don't like pickles. You can wear red even if you hate the color red.

@Cryptic-Game You mean "date" a man and still heterosexual because there's still a difference between "dating" and dating. Call it dating all you want but in reality, that would still be considered as hanging out. And still she's not talking about "dating" like what you mean.

What did she mean? I looked up the definition of date and saw what it said.

@Cryptic-Game Yeah so? If your boss want to meet you somewhere for special task, that doesn't mean it's a date. You can't even say "I had a date with my boss" because it has it's own stigma. She meant dating not meeting up or hanging out like what you're talking about.

I will in seven years - right now I can't be caught with anyone per my career - If I am not married to them, I could lose my job and license
What Girls & Guys Said
20 47Nope. Straight never considered it.
Nope, since I'm not gay.
Or in other words, are you gay or bi?
I'll give you a "straight" answer. NO

Of course not. I am a straight male.
Most women are bi-open.
