I'm asking because I was play fighting with my girlfriend and she was wearing tank top which really showed off her boobs. I thought it'd be funny while we were wrestling to grab her boobs. I guess she thought it would be funny to repay me with a knee to the nuts. After the knee I was just laying on the floor in pain and she sat next to me giggling and rubbing my head asking me if I was okay. Was the knee to the balls a normal response?

Nah, if I didn't like it I'd just remove his hands or tell him... kicking him in the balls is a little too much... But it might have been a reflex on her part. Since, if you were to try to defend yourself, you would bring up your knees.
If the guy was my boyfriend, I wouldn't be offended of he playfully grabbed my boobs. If it was anyone else and they wouldn't stop, I would kick them. It sounds like she was just playing with you and doesn't understand how painful it was. You should let her know kicking you there isn't okay.
