If you're bored, something's not right in your life. It means you have limited interests and limited plans. There is too much to think, do and be, and boredom, to me, means you're avoiding being passionate about things that could truly interest you. Being TIRED is one thing. Means you have too much to do. Your plate is full. Being bored means there's nothing ON your plate, and if there were, you'd dismiss what was there. Go talk to a therapist or life coach and get to the bottom of this "boredom." It's unhealthy.
