Are My Nipples A Turn Off?

My doctor has told me that Montgomery glands are very common for women to have on their nipples but I feel like I have too many and that they're too big. By the way Montgomery glands are little bumps on your nipples that aid in breastfeeding when you get to that point in life. I'm only 18 but I can't take my bra off whenever I'm doing anything with a guy because I'm afraid of what he'll think. Any opinions on this?
