Are saggy boobs really ugly?

My breasts aren’t big. They are pretty small, but the thing is they are pretty saggy and everyone says that’s ugly. Should I get a lift by a plastic surgeon or is it not that bad? I’m really insecure about it

It is unattractive, how ever it is mostly unattractive on large breasts. So you should be fine if you are worried look up other ways to help than surgery because its not that bad
