I never hugged anyone to know her boob size ever.
IF I want to know the boob size (which really doesn't matter to me), I have pretty good judgment about it otherwise I'd just ask her ;) :D
But answering your question, most guys are happy that she's got boobs, they don't bother much about the size nor can they make out what size she is while a lot of them don't even know what the sizes are beyond big, medium and small - just the same as a lot of guys can't make out if she's orgasmed or she's faking it :)

I can't get guess the cup size through a hug but I don't hug girls to feel their boobs (unless they're really big). Some girls are good at hiding the size of their boobs but, a lot of girl with big boobs more often or not may not be wearing the right size bra anyway.

They can feel that you have boobs but they can't determine size from a simple hug. Some men, even when seeing boobs have trouble identifying cup sizes.

Depends on the hug. I'm not getting a perfect bra size, but I can tell if she's in the small, medium or large category. The more friendly the hug the more we find out.

Not really. You can tell if they are big only if they are really big. I once went out with a girl who I thought was skinny. We started making out and I didn't feel anything. When she took off her shirt her tits were kinda big. It was a real pleasant surprise! You could never have known by looking at or hugging her.
