Sexual Health I'm just curious because everyone claims they can tell the difference. I feel like it's obvious but that may be because I'm a girl and I know female anatomy. No hate to those who have fake boobs. All boobs were created equal.

I think it is easier to tell if they are bigger but a smaller implant might not be so easy to spot. Most actresses, models and porn stars go overboard with the size of their implants so they are easier to tell.
Yes, it's pretty easy to differentiate the two since most boob jobs are poorly done.

Yes. Fake boobs always make boobs look lumpy.
Yeah. I can tell the difference between fake and real. But they have to have their boobs out. Fakes usually cause nipples to point more forward than they would normally. They also seem to defy gravity in some cases
I totally fail number 4, the one with red hair. I would never say they were fake. On number one, I guess correctly but I confess I had some doubts.
