Depends on the girl. There's reasons to love it and reasons to fear it. I've noticed younger girls seem to like it more because they **think**they can't get pregnant that way and in some misguided way think thier still virgins if they don't get thier vagina penetrated.

It is a simple Yes and No. It all depends on the girl, some love it, some hate it, some are stuck in the middle. Each girl has their own personal preference, so there is no point make any generalisations.
It depends. For me its a instant turn off to be even touched anywhere near my asshole. Same goes for guys, although guys can at least really have lots of fun with it due to their prostata. I doubt that there are a lot of girls for which anal could be in any way better than vaginal sex.
