  • This is a yes _and_ no answer, pre-cum by itself is secreted from glands that do not produce sperm cells, only testicles can do that. So, if a man did not ejaculated recently and he peed in the mean time, there will be no sperm cells visible in the clear pre-cum of a man. Once the pre-cum starts to flow trough the penis, and it takes on it’s way out also semen from an ejaculation rest that still sits there from 30 Minutes before, yes, you might see sperm cells in that (combined) liquid.

  • This is not a matter of faith.
Pre-ejaculate can always contain sperm because it can pick up any of the sperm left behind in urethra from previous ejaculation/s.
It can also pick up any sperm that already made it's way down the urethra as the guy is trying to "hold back" ejaculation, which can also actually result in premature release of sperm BEFORE the actual ejaculation.
This is why the pullout method is never safe.

    • 👏 perfect explanation 😊

    • And how are you so sure that amount is enough to get a woman pregnant?

    • Because it literally takes 1 sperm to fall pregnant. Ejaculate includes millions, logic dictates even a drop left in the urethra will include quite a few

  • There CAN be sperm present, although it's not a certainty. A scientific study I read found that 37% of the test subjects had motile sperm present in their pre-ejaculate. That would explain why some couples use the pull out method successfully for years while others get pregnant. Unprotected sex is a numbers game and it's a gamble you could lose.

    • Some of us just can't get it out in time! When it feels so good..

    • There’s always that too.

    • Sperms counts have increased since that old study was done. One slimy Sperm can hide and then launch itself to the egg and once again penetration occurs. And no one is aware of what has begin.

  • I'm pretty sure scientific studies have agreed that there is, so it really doesn't matter whether I believe that or not...

  • Yup and even if I didn't, I've seen too many conflicting pieces of evidence to want to risk it.

  • Um... yea. 😅

  • for the guys who oted no. Its true. sperm is found in pre ejuaculate fluid.

  • There is. No matter of opinion really.

  • there is some and thats why the withdrawal method is not safe birth control

  • It could.

  • Did you mean semen or sperm? The two are not synonymous.

    • Sperm. I realized and created another question, but GaG removed it.

    • I know for certain there is some sperm in precum. I've seen it under a microscope and if you're patient, an errant sperm will swim by.

  • the one guy that voted no is a retard and so is the asker lmao

  • There could be one, two or three, you never know. Always keep your guards up. :)

  • actually there are some studies that were done each with different results. some found there to be fertile semen in it and some claiming the exact opposite. i for my part rather assume there is semen in it than assuming that not and accidentally knocking a girl up xD

  • Yes in pre-cum.

  • pre ejaculatory fluid itself doesn't contain sperm but from last cum sperms could be present especially when someone healthy goes for repeated intercourse in short period of time..

  • It's not an opinion. It's a fact. There is

  • Its a fact actually.

  • You probably shouldn't be having sex if you don't know the answer to this

    • I agree. Thanks god I know it's very rare that pre-eyaculate fluid contains sperm, and that in those rare cases that it does, it's not enough to get a woman pregnat.

  • Pre-cum is semen that leaks out.

  • there is a possibility that some sperm might be present. what do you think?

    • I think those possibilities are very low, and in the cases where there is, it's still not enought to get a woman prenant. After all, from a normal eyaculation, which contains 100 million sperm/ml, only one reaches the end. So considering that a man is infertil if his eyaculation contains no more than 5 million/ml, it's basiclly impossible.

    • ejaculation* infertile* basically*. I guess you are somewhat right.

    • Thank you. English is my second language, by the way.
