I wash and sanitize my hands si frequently everyday, it's absolutely impossible for me to keep count.
You take one medical microbiology course, and supplement it with a few pathology courses, and all you see is microbes every where. It can really mess you up!

I don't do that very much. I rarely need to. Mouthwash is all I need. Before and after. That should prevent most germs to or from. I assume?
