Vagina's that don't show the inner lips on the outside are what the p*rn industry constantly aim for and it is causing a rise in labioplasty. This is where girls with outer visible labia get them cut off. It's crazy but it shows that the hidden labia (like yourself) is not as bad as you think.
If you don't want to look like a little girl, I would suggest keeping a little hair because a shaved bald vagina will definitely aid in it looking childlike.
