A mix of both I guess. The majority of the time my outer labia are closed together but other times like when I am turned or just had sex I find my inner labia peeking through the slit and my clit is always visible.

I do hear guys (and girls) saying that innies look like little girl vaginas. Especially if they're shaven/waxed. Is that bad? Idk, all I know is I'm 23 and so is my vagina. Haha. I don't think most guys care though.

yeah i'm 15 and mine is an innie and completely smooth with no hair.. so i'm afraid if a guy ever see's it that he'll think I look like a little girl.

Outie vaginas are when the labia minora is longer than the labia majora so if a girl has an outie, you could see the inner lips hanging out a little when she stands.
I guessed it was something like that. :P Just sounds weird to me
