It all depends on the environment she's on. If its a hip/hop grinding underground club or party, and the location is a country like Russia, then chances of it happening is unlikely.
All clubs nowdays always turn the heat on when the dj starts spinning the music, so yes it can happen. In private vip parties, penthouse parties, the ladies sometimes don't even wear underwear! :o

doesn't happen often and its hard to happen because clothes these days are so thick, it wouldn't leak easily it just gets trapped in the underwear, however if you think about a womans period blood stains are common but that's only because blood is so liquidy it migrates easily than discharge and also there's a lot more in volume than discharge
It's possible, but very unlikely to happen very often. I don't wear panties and some of my shorts are white and thin so I suppose in some respect it could happen here, but it hasn't. Have had some period leaks and a pee dribble a few times, but never anything from getting wet.
It would depend on what she's wearing and even then she'd have to be really wet. It is possible, not completely impossible, but not too common. At least not that I'm aware of or have heard/experienced.
