Girls, if you could legally go topless in public, would you?

In the USA, a guy can go around all day without a shirt on, like in the summer, and it's legal. Girls aren't allowed to. But equality is now such a big thing. If the laws were changed to give girls equal rights on this topic as guys, and girls were allowed to go completely topless in public, I wonder how many of them really would. Girls, would you? Guys, would you be able to handle it?
