I have had that happen once. I actually found her later online, on some dating site. She said she could "stand to meet a man who is good in bed for a casual hookup". She was some amateur model. I think she was into some hypersexual lifestyle obviously, so I wasn't as flattered lol. But yeah my first reaction when she said that was "she's probably got an STD and any guy who knows her wouldn't touch that".
