I know you said stop answering, but your boyfriend is being really selfish. No one should put up with that kind of behaviour. He is being really selfish. A man shouldn't enter the woman until she is wet (by the way, lubricant helps). Tell him you need foreplay, it is just a woman thing. Maybe instead of asking him, just grab his hand & put it there. Or maybe ask him if there is a problem or if there is something you can do to make foreplay better for him.
