Not often, maybe once or twice in his pe-sex lifetime, then he masturbates and it stops. Post sex lifetime never, especially if he was a steady flowing sexlife. Don't believe what you heard in sex-ed class, we're not walking, sleeping skeet machines. We have to be really excited to do this in your sleep.

I've never had one. I hear about people who've had one, but I've never experienced one myself. The most I've had was an erection while sleeping. That's about it. I have no idea what even causes wet dreams.

I had some sexual dreams in my life but only one that was so realistic I think I had an orgasm in my sleep and it woke me up. I was really confused and still don't know what to think about it.
