Had miscarriage and boyfriend doesn't believe me. What should I do?

About 3-4 weeks ago my long distance boyfriend of over 1 year came to visit me, during the week he came we lost our virginity together, over the span of the week we had sex more than 50 times including playing around, I was taking birth control pills consistently, we used condoms, except for when we were fooling around, but when we fooled around I took plan B so I made sure I was safe. Anyways my boyfriend is foreign and he doesn't believe that I couldn't possibly have gotten pregnant and had a miscarriage because he never let his sperm come out inside of me... but when I was having pain and looked in my underwear yesterday I saw 2 fleshy chunks, I knew it wasn't normal, I looked very closely and they looked like 2 separate embryos, there were little reddish eyes not yet formed and there were 2 of them... meaning twins... anyways, even though I took the plan B pill after doing it I feel so sad about what I saw... because in the future I have always wanted to have twins and they just died because stupidly somehow I got pregnant. I am feeling a sadness I have never felt before and he doesn't understand or believe me... What should I do?

I had some fleshy stuff come out one time too and it's not a baby. It's a piece of your uterine lining not a child. If it was a miscarriage you would need to go the doctor to make sure there isn't any left over tissue because it would make you very sick. Nonetheless you didn't get pregnant. It was your uterine lining only.

No I have had that in a period. This was so painful and so much blood and liquid came out, I was so sick. My sister gave me some strong pain pills and I was still hurting. This isn't normal at all

It's your period or just spotting, Plan B makes your body very sick, Plan B hurts your body and combine that with birth control pills you've got a mess you've made for yourself. You didn't miscarry. It's impossible for you to have gotten pregnant within that week and then two weeks later have a miscarriage of twin babies so developed with flesh and forming eyes already. At three weeks of pregnancy a baby is just a ball of cells. There's no tissues no nothing. At 4 weeks pregnant the placenta starts developing etc, at 5 weeks pregnant is when you start developing pregnancy like symptoms like sore breasts and fatigue. At six weeks pregnant the nose mouth and ears are starting to take shape and women begin experiencing morning sickness. You weren't pregnant and if you were and miscarried it would be impossible for you to tell it was a child. It was your uterine lining and that's it.

Well then like I said if it was a miscarriage you need to go to the doctor. If your pregnancy test says positive then you could have some of the baby still inside of you and it's going to poison your body and make you very sick. Like really really sick. So go to the doctor and get checked out before something bad happens. I understand what scary feeling it is, because I've had the same experience except with me it was just tissue luckily enough. If it truly is a miscarriage then I'm sorry for your loss but only a doctor can really confirm that, because pregnancy tests can lie. Plus you had sex over 50 times within that week, maybe you did some damage?

If you felt you were pregnant, it is still very possible that they were eggs going through cell division. But I don't believe it was eyes that you saw. But 3-4 weeks is possible that it was and the birth control/plan B caused the miscarriage. Overall it is best that you go to a doctor immediately.

I am confused because there was 2 structures in the way in which they looked were the same and had structure of an early fetus. after the week I was with my boyfriend I wasn't sexually active so how would they have formed?

@Asker Cell division happens very rapidly. So fast that the moment your egg gets fertilized that it immediately begins to break down the genetic information needed to form the child. You learned this in High School in Biology class. Plus it also depends on how healthy you are. Like I said it is very possible. 3-4 weeks is not that long ago. Overall you need to see a doctor, get tested for STDs/STI's and get your pep smear exam since you just lost your virginity as recommended.

I understand he's not sure you were pregnant and had a miscarriage.

Consult your obgyn about what may have happened.

I don't think it was a pregnancy. Not in that short space of time. It's more likely that much sex caused a lot of internal bruising. Maybe even some short term uterine damage.

In any case, you should consult a doctor or gynae to put your mind at rest.

Just took pregnancy test, said positive. It is possible I don't fully understand but I did research before having sex and took precautions, maybe something happened? Wow! Shocker, right?
