Lol... No, do not use electric! Use a twin or triple blade for sensitive skin... Just a regular face shaver will work
I sit in a nice hot bath until my scrotum loosens up fully, and this also allows your scrote hair or stubble to soften up as well, which will make it tons easier to get a close shave with out cutting yourself.

I don't shave anymore, I trim, but when I started shaving my sack I was surprised how easy it was. Just pull the skin tight and go a bit easy. I never cut myself. Went pretty well.

About a day later you regret it. :)

You regret it when the stubble comes in. Lots of needle-like whiskers in the folds of your sack. Undesirable. :) Either that, for a few days, or a lifetime of daily shaving.

Lol do not use an electric. Use regular one, disposable or not, it's way easier to control. Just make sure it's sharp, and don't go too fast or too slow. Do it in the shower. If you have hair longer than 1 cm, trim it as much as you can first.

I use a razor, not electric. I go slowly and being very careful. I've only cut my scrotum once and it was painful xD

With a regular razor. If its your first time you'll probably nick yourself (I certainly did), but once you get a feel for it then it becomes easier. Its no different than shaving your face and the skin on your sack is surprisingly durable.

No no no. No electric razor. The only thing you would accomplish is getting your first period. Pull it taut and use a disposable razor.

Gillet Mach 3, shaving cream (usually borrow the wifes girly/fruity stuff) then just stretch out the skin and be careful. Haven't ran into any issues yet.

For a clean shave use a Razer and shave both ways, so first shave downwards then after go over again but up to get all the hairs.
Electric for trimming or scissors, optional. But make sure they're yours and only yours!

Don't cut or slice your dick! It happens rarely if you be careful but if you're clumsy you might get cut.
Aftershave is optional!
