How to avoid pregnancy at 30+ if you dont want to pull out, use condoms, take birth control, or get a vasectomy (please read more below)?

Pullout is risky i mean i think i got a good game but I've had scares (even though its now a blessing lol)
Use birth control & condoms condoms as a fall back for if a pill is missed (just using the pull out method NEVER WORKS in a moment of passion both of you will totally forget or won't be thinking straight) vasectomy surgery can be reversed but there is a chance that it can affect his fertility

There is another way.
I will give u different options u can try, come u with ur own conclusions, ur own experience. Condoms is one option. Pulling out is another option, in the true sense of pulling out. Dont get discouraged by people who say it doesn't work, if he truly knows how to pull out and knows himself then he will know when the time is right. Another option is doing it without a condom when u have ur period, u won't get pregnant but he still has to pull out at the end. There is one last option, learning sexual chikung or tantric sex, pretty much him learning how to orgasm without ejaculating. Once he learns that, he won't have a need to ejaculate anymore and sex without a condom will become normal. It just takes time to learn.
Yea i’ll prob go with pullout and its weird i feel like i already know how to orgasm without actually “ejaculating” (idk if thats the right word for us girls but yea). And i’d never donit on a period. Plus ik people who got pregnant due to doing it on periods
How abouth using IUD? Or getting your tubes tied? You can get your tubes tied after having your last child (during C-section or after childbirth).
If you don't want to use birth control and want to be protected at the same time, the last one and vasectomy are your best options.

If you don't want to use condoms or take any birth control either from 30+ there is the pullout method you can solely rely on as it has a 96-97% effectiveness rate when used perfectly so your partner will need to take on the responsibility too... not just you!
Either use the pill or another form of birth control like an iud. If you still don't want any of those then you can try planning what days to have sex and what days not to have sex. It's not the same as the rhythm method but it's tricky if you aren't intune with your body and have a perfect cycle.

Well im already nervous about that cause my period rarely comes on on time. Sometimes it’ll come on the same dates for 2 months in a row but then sometimes it’ll skip 2 months (and i haven't been sexually active in like 7 years plus i barely masturbate)
Maybe its your hormones? Check that as well as your diet or even your stress levels because a number of things could be causes it

Still stupid Sperm can live inside you for 2, 3 and up to 5 days. You could have sex towards the end of your bleeding and then actually conceive 4 or 5 days later with your early ovulation. The probabilities of getting pregnant while on your period are low, but the possibilities are there.
