How to get rid of your period?

I am 14, and I know that I can't get rid of my period forever at this age. But I hate my period I am so SICK of it! And please don't tell me that, I should just keep dealing with it, because I refuse to. Also I have had my period for almost 3 years and it's still not regulated!! It never starts around a certain time, so I am always surprised, it always starts at a different time each month. One month it starts at the beginning, the next month is starts towards the middle of the month, the month after that it starts towards the end of that month. I am tired of it, and I also have a really heavy flow. Sometimes I get spotting, sometimes I don't and I get really bad cramps, and it makes me really grumpy. I have to wear both a pad & a tampon. And sometimes it stops after 2 days and sometimes it stops at 5. It's not regular at all. I have heard about a pill, or something that can stop you from having your period and I would like some information about how to stop it or what exactly that pill is. Because I want to start taking it because I am sick of having a irregular period.

There are some birth control pills that give you four periods a year. There is also the IUD which is inserted by the obgyn and i have read that it can stop periods altogether. Im 24 and feel the same way you do. I hate periods.
Well the pill isn't for stopping your period it's a birth control pill that depending on the type and how your body reacts to it might have to try several different ones to find the best for you.
It helps regulate your period, in turn lowering the days you have a period, and lessens the flow. Ask your dr or tell your mom how bad it is so she can take you.
You can't get rid of it lol! It's just one of the side effects of being born a girl.
The pill is hormones, why would you go on it age 14? If there is a medical reason to get it the doctor will give it to you. As for the dates, dont expect the period to be the same date every month, is more as every so many days. For me for example is every about 25 days so i can estimate when they next will be. Just note the dates and you will see how often and be able to estimate
mine are 28-31. best to note it in a calendar and see if there's a pattern, even to the irregularity.
