Is 17 too old to be a virgin?

I'm turning 17 next month. I'm still a virgin because I'm super picky about guys and I want it to be something special. Is that embarassing or is it normal?

  • Stay picky until college you'll have a less shittier pick of guys and statisticly speaking you'll enjoy more meaningful relationships. A lot of girls stay virgins till college.

  • lol. keep being a picky girl, guys will respect you more. (I also was picky but I let my guard down cause of this thinking) no need to have sex now, you can also get experienced later, only not if you die before. dying a virgin was also one fear of me hahah

  • Normal and better trust me but there's nothing wrong with it either way.

  • This question makes 20 to 40 year old look silly lol. However today's society should stop promoting virginity as something to be ashamed of,17 is young not old for anything except maybe dating.

    • *cough cough* Y-yeah, it is too old... for dating... ummm, yeah. Excuse me *cries in a corner*

  • No, 36 is too old to be a virgin :(((

  • Absolutely not. 17 is not too old. But don't worry about what age is too young or too old & just make sure you are comfortable with the person you lose it to & that you actually have feelings for them. Don't just do it to do it like most girls. It's normal in my opinion , but when it comes to your virginity & losing it , no one else's opinion should matter but your own.

  • No not at all. Im 23 and still a virgin. Its good to be picky when it comes to that.

  • Ok the way I see it, I have recently asked a question about losing my virginity, I'm almost 16 they way I see it that you're always going to be judged at whatever age, 16 or under a slut 17 and over classed as weird, honestly the way I see it is just forget about everyone's BS and quite frankly don't give a s**t! No one is going to be satisfied so honestly, just f**k it ;)

  • LOL No. If 17 is too old I must be ancient.

  • No it isn't. When the time is right you will know.
