Is it normal for the brown around your nipples to get wrinkled when hard?

When my nipples are hard while I'm naked, the brown around the nipple wrinkles up. It doesn't look attractive. Is this normal? Does this happen to other girls? Also my breasts are pretty huge and when I lie down, instead of being nice and perky, they each fall to the side...more towards my arms. Is this also something that happens to all women with NATURAL big breasts. Would guys still find this a turn on?
