I am sorry to be the one saying it but if you were ovulating then you have a high chance of pregnancy even with plan B. Its main purpose is delaying ovulation for the period when the sperm is viable in there.

By the way, there is a hormonal IUD or smth that your doctor can put in you after emergency situation and it totally prevents implantation but THAT can technically be an 'abortion' because we don't know if the egg had been fertilized before you get the device in you.
