Is there anyway to ensure 100% no pregnancy without the help of birth control?

So I've never been with a guy before, mainly because the idea of getting pregnant scares the hell out of me...I never want that to happen to me so I just never went all the way... anyways I've been dating my boyfriend and I want to try sex but I am so worried about pregnancy... I know people say just use protection, but that's not 100%... anyways I guess my question is...Is there anyway to ensure 100% no pregnancy without the help of birth control?

  • the only way you can ensure you don't get pregnant is to not have sex!

  • Nothing is 100% secure, nothing is safer than the person using it (Murphy's' Law: if anything can go wrong , it will go wrong, at the worst possible moment)

Sterilisation can sometimes but not always be undone. (and in a few years you might change your mind about having kids)

Abstinence is not a guarantee: the flesh is weak, the mind can be weak and getting pregnant sometimes takes only one weak moment.(cfr. Murphy's' Law)

Thus just use pill AND condom to get maximum protection. Keep Plan B in you First Aid kit (pharmacists are often closed or out of stock when you need them most, cfr. Murphy's' Law)

  • if ur on the pill & use a condom :)

  • no. Unless you count not having sex.

  • u could use plan b, or do something like oral sex or anal sex, but there is always the option of not having sex that is always 100%

  • There really isn't a 100% effective form of birth control.

But if you are considering having sex and want to prevent a pregnancy you should go to your doctor and ask to be put on birth control. It is almost 100% effective. Your boyfriend should also wear a condom. Condoms are between 85% and 98% effective at preventing pregnancy and STD's. The failure rate of condoms is typically due to improper use. Read the back of the box. Don't reuse the condom and you should be fine. Using a condom properly and being on birth control makes pregnancy prevention nearly 100% effective.
