Seriously, there are some exaggerators in here. When I was 16 I smoked and then I quit when I was 18. And started again after I turned 21. But those 3 years in the middle, I kissed plenty of guys that did and didn't smoke, and the ones that did smoke, yeah there was a smokey taste to the kiss. But IT DID NOT TASTE LIKE KISSING OR LICKING AN ASHTRAY! That's the most ridiculous comparison I've ever heard. Have any of you actually stuck your toungue in an ashtray because an ashtray is full of dead second hand smoke filled ash.

agreed that you guys are seriously exaggerating. I wouldn't make out with a guy that was slamming back one beer after another, or puking, or eating some nasty type food, or eating a massive amount of food for that matter, stop hating on smokers, its not for everyone-fine, but the smokers aren't hating on you so do the same. just because everyone is hating on the smokers I'm going to say I would only kiss someone if they do smoke. someone needs to show the smokers some love.

It's disgusting because you can sort of taste the cigarette. I don't like the taste or smell of it...you can also smell it on their breath. I've madeout with my boyfriend (ex now) after he smoked and drank and I thought it was nasty but I didn't say anything because I liked him lots. So I didn't mind, but I prefer not to. It was like really eww though and I wouldn't do it again.

As far as a girlfriend, I'm not into one that smokes! It's a big turn off. It's bad enough being around other people that smoke. Like when going to the casino, you need to be prepared to leave with all your clothes smelling like you've just been near a fire. I remember kissing a girl that smoked and thinking, "This is definitely not for me!"

I've never been into it.

Haven't really kissed too many that smoked weed but can't recall having the same puke-check reaction to weed that cigarettes cause. Wonder why?

Kissing a strictly-cigarette smoker and kissing a strictly-weed smoker are completely different tastes. I don't mind it. I smoke both though, so it's not a big deal to me. I'm not actually sure that I've kissed anyone who DIDN'T smoke one or the other. Not on purpose, it just kind of worked out that way.

I can't get into a girl that smokes. She could be the most attractive thing but the moment that cigarette hits her lips my interest goes away.

I guess its just cigarettes are such a negative in my mind. There is really nothing positive that comes from cigarettes besides maybe a little buzz. I will smoke a cigar occasionally but not that often but if I do I am quick to have cologne and mints.

one though, right after he smoked, his breath would smell sooo bad. but only right after. wait a while and it was gone. the second though, never bothered me. it might be type of cigarette?

Its a pretty girl that smokes, is whom you are kissing and apparently its a "package" thing so if you don't like to kiss a smoker don't mingle with them.
