I've used condoms before but I've also gone without and just had the guy pull out and come on my stomach too. Sex without one definitely feels better but there is the STD risk. As for effectiveness, recent studies like this one

seem to show that perfect use and typical use failure rates for withdrawal and the condom are almost identical (4% and 18% for withdrawal. 2% and 17% for the condom). I think the risks of using withdrawal are generally overstated because no one wants to recommend it to sexually inexperienced teens, who are the most likely to not practice it correctly. In reality, both methods are somewhat risky and it's best to double up with another form of birth control if you can.
As for the comment that pre-cum contains sperm, that is false. It is produced by the cowpers gland and NOT the testicles. It is generally thought that the risk comes from leftover sperm in the urethra. If your partner has ejaculated recently, small amounts of sperm can remain in the urethra and be carried by the pre-cum. That is why it is recommended the male urinate to flush out the urethra before using withdrawal.2 0 0 0****PSA****: The pull out method isn't a good idea if the girl isn't on birth control. Reason being? PRECUM. All it takes is one sperm and in a drop of semen there is hundreds so no, the pull out method is not a good idea.
Sex naturally feelsbetter without a condom however if you want to do this I highly reccomend some spermicidal lubricant and making sure she is on birth control. Nothing is 100% effective but abstinence. Also, make sure the girl is clean.2 2 0 0condoms fail too, and if you're tight or he's big they can break pretty easily, so its not like a condom is a 100% effective. If feels way better without it and ideally it feels best when he cums inside, but you really can't do that a lot. so I have to say pull out if you know them really well, or just condoms.

I'm not a lady, but I feel compelled to warn against "pulling out" as birth control for the following reasons:
1.
Precum contains sperm and can easily get a girl pregnant.
2.
Pulling out offers NO protection at all against STD's
3.
It's no fun at all to have to have the guy leave the place when things just get good. Not for the girl and not for the guy.
4.
For the guy it may lead to over control his orgasm, becoming a "Santa Claus" (Santa Claus only comes once a year. A sad joke Nature plays on him: not funny at all to keep an erection without orgasming! I read this condition is observed with 3 to 11 % of men, but the subject gets no attention from medical side)

11 0The pull out method is not birth control. The girl can still get pregnant from your pre-cum and if you pull out a half a second too late the chances of her getting pregnant get even higher and you are pretty much done for. It only takes 1 sperm... Be smart and use a condom. You do not want to get a girl pregnant.

1 0 0 0Condoms are a form of birth control. Pulling out is a form of roulette.

no one LIKES condoms it feels wayyyyyyyy better without... but it's more safe to use a rubber!
0 1 0 0I really hate condoms and so do guys. Before I was on the pill, my boyfriends just pulled out. I know it's a bit riskier than a condom, but skin on skin feels so much nicer and its a sexy bonus for him to be able to give his girl a cumshot.
